📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the assembly line to ensure efficient and high-quality production of construction machinery components.
• Manage a team of assembly technicians and sales representatives, providing guidance and support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly supervision, with a focus on construction machinery components.
• Proven track record of leading teams and achieving production targets.
• Strong understanding of quality control processes and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Knowledge of construction machinery components and industry trends.
