As a Crew Leader, you'll be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and customer satisfaction, while also mentoring and developing your team members.

In this role, you'll work closely with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure that our properties are always in top condition. You'll be responsible for managing inventory, ordering supplies, and coordinating with vendors to ensure that we have everything we need to deliver exceptional service. You'll also be responsible for training and supervising our crew members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, ordering, and restocking
• Lead and mentor a team of crew members, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in store areas
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Manage and monitor store budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Develop and implement training programs for crew members
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and positive experiences

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of inventory management and purchasing processes
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with hospitality software such as Opera, Cendyn, or similar systems
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
