📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned area, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help them succeed.,Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of sales performance, providing constructive feedback to improve results.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor market trends and competition, and develop strategies to stay ahead of the curve.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and operational activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales management software and tools.,Familiarity with the mining or related industries is a plus.,Ability to travel frequently as required.
