📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, particularly in the logistics or shipping industry.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and shipping software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
• Valid SIM (Surat Izin Mengemudi) and clean driving record, as occasional travel may be required.
