📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.
• Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor vehicle usage and fuel consumption to optimize costs.
• Schedule maintenance and repairs, and ensure they are carried out in a timely manner.
• Track and manage vehicle insurance and registration.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide regular reports on fleet performance and maintenance.
• Assist in the recruitment and training of new drivers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management.
• Knowledge of fleet management software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and company policies.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
