Nest Seed Sejahtera is seeking a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team. This is a hybrid position, offering the best of both worlds with a mix of office and home-based work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the expectations of our clients. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about event management and wants to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events from start to finish.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all event requirements are met.,Manage event budgets and ensure financial targets are met.,Oversee event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and equipment.,Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.,Supervise staff and ensure they are trained and motivated to deliver excellent service.,Handle any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during the event.,Prepare and present event reports to clients and management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in event management or a related role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using event management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian culture and customs is a plus.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
