📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees, including conducting interviews and background checks.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.,Coordinate with managers to address employee concerns, grievances, and issues related to employment.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee training and development programs.,Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends, best practices, and regulations to ensure the company remains competitive and compliant.,Support the HR manager in any other duties as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
