📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and regulations.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to senior management, highlighting areas of risk and opportunities for improvement.,Developing and implementing audit plans and procedures to ensure comprehensive coverage of key business processes.,Assessing and mitigating risks associated with financial and operational activities.,Collaborating with various departments to understand business processes and identify potential audit issues.,Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control procedures and compliance requirements.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of audit findings and corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal controls.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
