📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the Lazada store, including product listings, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with the product team to ensure listings are accurate, appealing, and optimized for search engines.
Implement and track marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase sales.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Work with the logistics team to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly.
Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
Provide regular reports to senior management on store performance and sales trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in a seller management or similar role.
Proven track record of successfully managing an online store.
Strong knowledge of Lazada's platform and best practices.
Experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics or similar.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
