📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of data entry staff, ensuring they meet production targets and maintain high accuracy standards.,Oversee the entire data entry process, from data collection to final output, ensuring all steps are completed accurately and efficiently.,Train and mentor junior staff on data entry procedures, software tools, and best practices.,Monitor and analyze data entry performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with company data security and confidentiality policies.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues and ensure seamless data flow.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all data entry activities and performance metrics.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data management and entry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry or a related role.,Proven track record of managing and supervising data entry teams.,Strong knowledge of data management software and tools, such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and Access.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and mentor a team.,High attention to detail and strong analytical skills to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve data-related issues.
