📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Lead and mentor the HR team to foster a positive and productive work environment.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Collaborate with senior management to address HR-related issues and opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a strong focus on leadership and strategy.,Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and training and development.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
