📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of tellers to ensure efficient and effective customer service.,Oversee daily banking operations including cash handling, deposits, and withdrawals.,Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.,Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.,Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor and report on team performance and operational metrics.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth banking operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the banking industry.,Proven experience in managing a team of tellers.,Strong knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using banking software and systems.
