Toko Indra Coffee is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Training Officer to join our team in Mempawah. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve staff skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and develop staff.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with the HR team to align training programs with company goals and objectives.,Provide feedback and support to staff to help them achieve their full potential.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Monitor and report on training program outcomes and impact on staff performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a coffee or related industry.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR software.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
