📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the camp, ensuring smooth and efficient running of all activities.,Manage and supervise a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Develop and implement operational plans to meet the needs of camp visitors and stakeholders.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the camp, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.,Manage budgets and financial resources, ensuring that the camp operates within its financial constraints.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Promote and enforce health and safety protocols within the camp.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or camp industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of operational excellence and problem-solving abilities.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices.,Knowledge of financial management and budgeting.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
