📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize OTA platforms to maximize bookings and revenue.,Handle reservations, cancellations, and customer inquiries efficiently.,Monitor and report on reservation data and performance metrics.,Coordinate with travel agents and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in OTA and reservation management.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and partners.,Assist in developing and implementing new processes and systems to improve efficiency.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the travel agency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in OTA or reservation management.,Strong knowledge of OTA platforms such as Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, etc.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
