Express Camp Group is looking for a talented and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for driving sales and customer satisfaction. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage your outlet from anywhere in Indonesia, with the opportunity to visit the outlet occasionally.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and development.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels.,Monitor outlet performance and provide regular reports to the head office.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with retail operations and sales strategies.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
