PT Boga Ratu is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our remote operations in Belawan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving sales and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including staffing, inventory, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor store performance against sales targets and KPIs.,Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the regional manager to ensure consistent brand standards and customer experience.,Manage store budget and expenses to ensure profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to drive sales and meet performance targets.,Understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes.,Familiarity with retail software and point of sale (POS) systems.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
