Makmur Indra Fashion is looking for a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring smooth logistics operations, and maintaining high standards of safety and organization. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage our warehouse from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, transfers, and adjustments.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities.,Generate and analyze reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and operational metrics.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of warehouse staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian logistics and supply chain operations is a plus.
