Nest Town Jaya is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Inventory Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our inventory processes to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement inventory management strategies to improve efficiency and accuracy.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability.,Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations.,Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for inventory supplies.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely restocking and order fulfillment.,Analyze inventory data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Train and mentor junior inventory staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
