📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation and cooking of food items according to standard recipes and procedures.,Ensure food quality and service standards are maintained.,Lead and mentor junior cooks and ensure they adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.,Monitor food costs and inventory levels to ensure efficient use of resources.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Participate in staff training and development programs.,Assist in the development and implementation of kitchen procedures and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of maintaining high food quality and service standards.,Strong leadership and mentoring skills.,Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard recipes and procedures.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
