📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing daily operations and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Managing and coordinating with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.,Monitoring and maintaining property records, including tenant information, lease agreements, and maintenance logs.,Conducting regular property inspections to identify any issues or maintenance needs.,Handling tenant inquiries and resolving any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.,Assisting in the preparation and presentation of operational reports to senior management.,Collaborating with the marketing team to promote property listings and attract potential tenants.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of property management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to property management.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to travel and work outside of regular business hours as needed.
