National Instruments is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Procurement Specialist (Buyer II) to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery of materials and services. You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to negotiate contracts, manage inventories, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery of materials and services.,Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure high-quality products and services at competitive prices.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and conditions.,Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability and minimize waste.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations related to procurement.,Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and make recommendations for improvement.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and policies.,Provide procurement support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or related fields.,Strong understanding of procurement processes, best practices, and industry trends.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in using procurement software and systems.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English (written and spoken).
