Indoprima Group is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Red Team / Penetration Tester to join our team in Surabaya, Jawa Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting advanced penetration testing and red teaming exercises to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities in our network and systems. You will work closely with our IT security team to ensure the highest level of security for our organization. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting advanced penetration testing and red teaming exercises to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities in our network and systems.,Working closely with the IT security team to ensure the highest level of security for the organization.,Developing and implementing security best practices and policies to protect our network and systems.,Providing security training and awareness programs to our employees.,Monitoring and responding to security incidents and breaches.,Staying up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies.,Collaborating with other IT teams to ensure the security of our organization's infrastructure.,Documenting and reporting on security findings and recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,5-7 years of experience in penetration testing and red teaming.,Certifications such as OSCP, CISSP, CEH, or similar are a plus.,Strong knowledge of network and system security concepts and technologies.,Experience with security tools and frameworks such as Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap, and Wireshark.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work in a team and independently.
