📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and lead a team of professionals to ensure the successful delivery of projects and tasks.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, human resources, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in managing and developing teams, and a commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
  • Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
