📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and prepare accurate tax filings.
• Develop and implement budgeting strategies to optimize financial performance.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.
• Manage and mentor a team of accountants and financial analysts.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial plans.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting standards, tax laws, and financial regulations.
• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including investors and regulatory bodies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, tax, and budgeting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
