📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and manage inventory levels for food and beverage items across all outlets.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures and systems.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
• Analyze sales data and trends to forecast inventory needs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for food and beverage storage.
• Train and mentor junior staff on inventory management best practices.
• Work closely with the management team to develop and implement inventory strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, particularly in the food and beverage industry.
• Proficient in using inventory management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations for food and beverage storage.
• Familiarity with POS systems and sales data analysis.
