📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Provide accurate and helpful information about our products and services.
Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Assist in the sales process by providing product knowledge and recommendations.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
