📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all aspects of airport operations, including flight scheduling, passenger handling, and cargo operations.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards.
• Manage the airport's budget and financial performance.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for the airport's growth and development.
• Coordinate with air traffic control, ground handlers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and improve airport services to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor the airport's team to achieve operational excellence.
• Represent the airport at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Airport Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in aviation management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Certification in Airport Management or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and safety standards.
• Proven track record of managing airport operations and ensuring compliance.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
