📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding, using BambooHR and Greenhouse.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and training programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
• Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation packages.
• Support the HR team in organizing and executing team-building activities and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR recruitment and administration.
• Proven experience using HR software like BambooHR and Greenhouse.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certifications in HR management or a related field are a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
