📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement organization development strategies to improve employee engagement and performance.
• Conduct employee surveys and performance reviews using SAP SuccessFactors and Workday.
• Design and deliver training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Analyze performance data and trends to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with leadership to align organization development initiatives with business goals.
• Create and maintain a culture of continuous learning and development within the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in organization development, HR, or a related field.
• Certification in SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is a plus.
• Proficient in using SAP SuccessFactors and Workday.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proven track record of successful organization development initiatives.
