Vista Mandiri Gemilang is seeking a skilled Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) Administrator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing production schedules, inventory levels, and ensuring smooth operations within the manufacturing process. This position offers a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment in Kalideres, Jakarta Raya.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand and production targets.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize costs.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods.,Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency.,Maintain accurate records of production and inventory data using ERP or other relevant systems.,Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.,Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.,Prepare and analyze reports on production performance, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of production planning and inventory control principles.,Proficiency in using ERP systems or other relevant software for production and inventory management.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
